Our seven-week program at Maple
Ski Ridge, beginning Saturday, January 5th and Sunday, January 6th, 2013 is designed to give the whole family a fun time with snow sports. From 4 year olds in Ski Tykes, through shredder-happy teens on snowboards and the Dads who want to keep up with them, to the hesitant Moms and Grandmothers in the Smooth Touch classes, Schenectady Ski School provides instruction for everyone who wants to enjoy a snowy winter.
Saturday: 9:30, 11:30 or 1:30
Sunday: 11:30 or 1:30
Rad Riders Group lessons- Saturdays at 9:30, 11:30, 1:30;
Sundays at 11:30, 1:30
Limited attendance, as this program will have only 1 group for each session, with only 6 children in each group.
Ages 5 thru 7 who have never ridden a snowboard before can have fun and learn basic "tricks" with a snowboard on level ground, as well as the basics of sliding and learning a beginning uphill lift. Their success depends on the use of correct equipment, so the children MUST use the appropriate Burton Learn-to-Ride equipment. These children
have 4 hours on snow, 1.5 of which is in class.
This fee includes a 4 hour Area Use Ticket. Does not include equipment rental.
